When do you get alerts, and how to you change this

When Ento’s digital advisor identifies an increase in your consumption, an alert will be triggered. Your alerts will be displayed on the Home page where you can see alerts and which advisor an alert has occurred on.

An alert is triggered, based on your organisational settings. You can update those in your organization settings. Go to:

Settings -> Organizations

Here you can update the Alert Threshold, Alert Period and Alert Minimum fields to create an alert based on the criteria that fits your organization. Once you have updated your settings, it can take up to 24 hours for your alerts to be updated. All 3 parameters must be met for you to receive an alert, and they apply to all your buildings. Please note that the criteria apply to one potential. For example, the potential for either baseload or peak, and NOT these two in total.
