For Ento to give you an overview of your data, it is important that your meters are linked to a site. When adding new data sources, always make sure that the meters are linked to a site in order to view the data. Go to:
Settings → Meters
to get an overview of all the meters linked to your organisation. Here you can edit the information on the individual meter, as well as which building the meter is associated with.
Edit your meters
If the meter does not belong to one of the existing buildings, you have to create a new site, and allocate it there. By clicking Site Allocation you can choose an existing site or choose to create a new site. When you chosen the site to allocate the meter to, go to the bottom and click save.
