1\. Open Settings
2\. Click "Site Description"
3\. Click "New Template"
4\. Add the “Template Name". This name will be displayed in the site overview
5\. Add the "Description Text". This text will be used to describe the building. This is also the text that is being used in the Root Cause Analysis.
6\. Select the sites you want to add the description to.
7\. Click "Create Template"
The information has now been added to the chosen sites.
