You can update your organization and add colleagues to access your data.
If you go to
Settings → Users
You can see who from your organization has a user.
There is the option to be an internal or external user. An internal user has access to all data from the company and has the rights to change your settings. An external user is a user who only has access to selected buildings.
You invite a user via invite user. Here, you choose whether the user should be internal or external.
After an external user has accepted the invitation, you can choose which buildings they should have access to by accessing the user via their name.
At the bottom of the page, you can see which users are invited to the platform and choose to delete a user if you no longer want them to have access to your organization.
If you want to invite a partner from another organization, it is important that you use partners and not users. By inviting them via partners, they have access within their organization and can best help you.
See who your partners are
Go to
Settings → Partners
Here you get an overview of the partners associated with your organization. If you want to invite a new partner, contact Ento at support@ento.ai and we will help you get a partner associated with your organization.
