When you make optimizations in a building, you can register your actions on the Ento platform to document your savings. When you register the changes, it also becomes visible to your colleagues using the platform. When you register an activity, Ento will verify it and all your activities will make up your total savings.
How to register an activity
You can register your activities on the building site, above the individual analytics, you click Register.
Fill in the relevant fields
You fill in the relevant information. You can briefly describe the change that was made, who made it and which energy source it affects. If there are multiple meters connected to the building, you can also select if this verification should only affect a single meter. Finally, you need to enter the installation date, so the system knows when the change was made. If the Action has taken more than one day to install, you can tap Detect Periods Automatically, and subsequently Use Installation period. Here you can enter a start date and end date for when the action was performed. By default the system will identify baseline and reporting periode if you don’t manually choose it.
Verification is ready in no time
The first verification is usually available within 24 hours. Once the savings are verified, you can find it under the individual building and together with all savings.
