The more details you add to your building information, the more details are available for the Root Cause Analysis, when generating energy optimization suggestions.
Just as you can update your energy labels, you can also update the information about a building. Here you can add any information about the building that you have in text format. You can upload a PDF and the system will summarize the information.
This summary is used as information for the Root Cause Analysis and the system can provide more precise suggestions on what to pay attention to when you want to respond to an alarm or generally optimise energy in the building.
To update the building information, go to the individual site and go to Edit site. And at the bottom there is a text field Description.
Here you have 3 options:
- Click Summarize energy labels and the system will make a summary of data available if there is already an energy label attached to this building. Press Update and the information is saved
- Click Upload & summarize document and upload your document with the information.
The system will now scan the information in the document and create a summary for you. When the summary is ready, you can click Copy to clipboard and then copy it into the Description text box. Press Update and the information is saved.
- Manually enter the relevant information in the Description text box. Press Update and the information is saved
