User and organization settings

Adapt your settings to your needs

2 min read

You will find settings in the menu bar, where you can update the settings on your profile. As an internal user, you can also invite and grant access to other users.

Your User

Under Your User you can opt in for the email notifications from Ento you want to receive and how often you want to receive a summary email, or if you want to receive alert emails.

Your Password

Here you can change your password. We recommend that you use a strong password that is not used elsewhere and contains lower and upper case letters, numbers and special characters. If you have forgotten your password, go to reset password.

Organization

When you create your profile and add data, the price for electricity and water will automatically be set according to the market price. If you have other agreements or don't think the prices match what you pay, you can change the prices here. You can also update your currency if you want all data from the platform to be displayed in a different currency. This is also where you update your settings for when you want to be notified about a alert. Your settings here are used in the overall calculations on the platform. Both in terms of potential savings and when an activity is verified.

Partners

If you want to add a partner to your site, contact Ento at support@ento.ai.

Users

Here you can add users who should also have access to your organization and data. You can read more about the different users here.

Sites

Sites gives you an overview of the buildings registered on the platform. If you don't have any buildings, you need to create them first. It is important that a meter is connected to a site in order for the data analysis to be available.

Meters

Meters gives you an overview of the meters associated with your profile. You can also edit the information on a meter, read more about your meters here.

Data Sources

Data Sources are where you provide access to data so Ento can help you understand and optimize your waste consumption.
